Introducing ‘Nourish’ at Rowan Park Care Home

Here at Rowan Park Care Home in Stratton-on-the-Fosse, we're proud of the facilities, amenities and services we offer, ensuring all of our residents are given the best level of support, care and lifestyle.

One of the latest tools we've added within our resources is 'Nourish', an award-winning digital care system that supports all of our team members in providing personalised care to our residents, where focusing on our residents health and wellbeing is our top priority. We are so excited to be able to implement Nourish within our care home, whilst being very proud of this partnership.

Nourish is all about community. They simplify and enhance care within equal measures, utilising care management all within a software to help improve the lives of those who need our care, along with those who provide it.

By using Nourish, it means our carers are able to report, record, plan and coordinate care. This software is easy to use and the handsets we use look similar to a mobile phone, allowing our carers to record what they need to at the exact point of care given, meaning they provide accurate notes, saving time, which in turn means more time spent with our residents. Another benefit of using this software is how everyone will be able to access live information, meaning you're up to date with everything leading to making informed decisions to leading better care.

Many of these benefits help everyone out here at Rowan Park Care Home, along with more person-centred care for those we support, saving lots of time on administration and collaborating more successfully and being able to connect all of our technology within one place.
