Leanne has been in the Care Industry for over 15 years and comes with a wealth of experience including being a social worker for many years.
As a Commissioning Manager, Leanne is focused on the growth of Rowan Park, and is determined to help the home reach its full potential, she is looking forward to the future, and the journey she will be on with everyone at this amazing home.
Carol is the homes Business Administrator and has worked in the care sector for 9 years having previously worked at one of our sister homes. Carol’s role allows her to do a a job where she can make a difference in, whether that be connecting with families and friends as well as our wonderful resident themselves, or supporting the amazing care workers that work in our industry. She is here for all the administrative queries, such as room availability, contracts and will often be the first point of contact.
Marek is our Head Chef and has worked in the catering industry from the age of 15 where he has developed a true flair and passion for food. It is this passion that Marek cannot wait to share with our residents to ensure that they receive the very best dining experience whilst supporting their nutrition and hydration needs.
Laura is a passionate Chef with 9 years of experience in the hospitality industry who specialises in French pastries and desserts. She is very passionate about produce and the benefits of nutritious meals for the residents at Rowan Park.
Karen supports our chefs as a Kitchen Assistant.
Cristina is our Clinical Unit Lead who graduated from nursing school in 2008 and then relocated to the UK. She is most passionate about delivering high quality, effective and compassionate care and takes great pride in delivering the best comfort in end of life care aligned to residents wishes.
Ildiko is one of our experienced nurses who takes great pride in making a real difference to our residents life ensuring that they have a quality of life. She is here to offer support to residents and their loved ones and just loves being a nurse.
Angela is a passionate and dedicate nurse with over six years in health care experience within nursing home. Bringing forth the ability to thoroughly and accurately assess the health of residents. Adept in working as a collaborative team member to ensure the residents receive the highest level of care possible.
Loredana is a Senior Care Assistant who has 3 years experience of working in care. She prides herself on being approachable, enthusiastic and responsible and always bring a sense of humour that is infectious.
Weronika is a Senior Care Assistant who works nights supporting our residents offering comfort and reassurance.
Kerry is a Senior Care Assistant and has worked in care for over for 15 years and loves caring and supporting for our residents.
Zoe is a Senior Carer for Rowan Park Care Home. She is excited to work with her new team and cannot wait to work for our new residents. She has worked in the health care sector for 10 years, she’s always wanted to care for people from a young age and believe everyone deserves kindness and happiness at times of need. Zoe believe her ideals stem from her grandmother and mother who both worked within the NHS. In her free time Zoe loves spending time with her Fiancé, cycling and walking around the Somerset and Cornwall area, she also enjoys History, Art and Reading.
Maisie is a Care Assistant and has worked in care for over 9 years and absolutely loves supporting our residents and their loved ones.
Daniela is a Care Assistant who is renowned for being kind, sociable and friendly and who likes nothing more than to help people, especially the elderly people and vulnerable.
Kim has been a Care Assistant for over 35 years and has loved every minute of her career where she makes such a positive difference to residents. She is qualified to NVQ ll and lll in Health & Social Care and has experience of working days and night shifts to meet the residents needs. Kim can be easily recognised for her smiley face and “ready to help” attitude.
Victoria has worked in care now for 23 years, she has recently completed her NVQ Level 2, 3 and 4. She enjoys her job caring for people and working as a team. Victoria lives local and has 2 children and 2 small dogs, she enjoys walking the dogs especially on new walks and she also loves roller skating.
Linda brings a wealth of experience having supervised scheme managers across the South West of England sheltered housing. She takes great enjoyment in working with older generation and wants to give back to those that have given so much to our generation. Linda prides herself in ensuring that Rowan Park offers a homely environment where loved ones can enjoy the later years of their lives, in a little luxury. Her goal is to strive for excellence in cleanliness and to be the best care home around.
Dinu is part of our Housekeeping team and will be ensuring that the home is always clean, tidy and welcoming with the residents being at the heart of everything he does.
Ingrid is the receptionist within our care home. This is her first time working in care, previously she worked in customer service. Ingrid is very excited to get to know the residents and staff. Away from work she is a mum of 4 boys, with 3 grandchildren, 3 dogs and a parrot…Oh and a husband!
