    As a Commissioning Manager, Leanne is focused on the growth of Rowan Park, and is determined to help the home reach its full potential, she is looking forward to the future, and the journey she will be on with everyone at this amazing home.

    Carol is the homes Business Administrator and has worked in the care sector for 9 years having previously worked at one of our sister homes. Carol’s role allows her to do a a job where she can make a difference in, whether that be connecting with families and friends as well as our wonderful resident themselves, or supporting the amazing care workers that work in our industry. She is here for all the administrative queries, such as room availability, contracts and will often be the first point of contact.

She has worked in the health care sector for 10 years, she’s always wanted to care for people from a young age and believe everyone deserves kindness and happiness at times of need. Zoe believe her ideals stem from her grandmother and mother who both worked within the NHS. In her free time Zoe loves spending time with her Fiancé, cycling and walking around the Somerset and Cornwall area, she also enjoys History, Art and Reading.

She is qualified to NVQ ll and lll in Health & Social Care and has experience of working days and night shifts to meet the residents needs. Kim can be easily recognised for her smiley face and “ready to help” attitude.

Victoria lives local and has 2 children and 2 small dogs, she enjoys walking the dogs especially on new walks and she also loves roller skating.
