    Leanne has been in the Care Industry for over 15 years and comes with a wealth of experience including being a social worker for many years.

    As a Commissioning Manager, Leanne is focused on the growth of Rowan Park, and is determined to help the home reach its full potential, she is looking forward to the future, and the journey she will be on with everyone at this amazing home.

    Cristina is our Clinical Unit Lead who graduated from nursing school in 2008 and then relocated to the UK. She is most passionate about delivering high quality, effective and compassionate care and takes great pride in delivering the best comfort in end of life care aligned to residents wishes.

    Carol is the homes Business Administrator and has worked in the care sector for 9 years having previously worked at one of our sister homes. Carol’s role allows her to do a a job where she can make a difference in, whether that be connecting with families and friends as well as our wonderful resident themselves, or supporting the amazing care workers that work in our industry. She is here for all the administrative queries, such as room availability, contracts and will often be the first point of contact.

    Ingrid is the receptionist within our care home. This is her first time working in care, previously she worked in customer service. Ingrid is very excited to get to know the residents and staff. Away from work she is a mum of 4 boys, with 3 grandchildren, 3 dogs and a parrot…Oh and a husband!
